Anssom Décor S.A.R.L. is located in Anshan, Liaoning province. It is a joint venture founded in 1987 whom originally introduced PVC floor covering into China and so as to pave the way for the application of non-natural flooring materials in China.

With equipment introduced in from Oblici Germany and know-how from Sommer France and in line with EN653 standards, Anssom Décor S.a.r.l. has been producing quality, desirable, durable and environment-friendly resilient and commercial floorings that have been sold nationwide and also been exported to Russia, South America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

As early as in 1997, Anssom Décor S.a.r.l. has become the only enterprise among this line that obtained the Quality System Certificate ISO9002, nowadays updated ISO9001:2000 version.
